Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to fill the role of Field Sales Representative in Sudbury, ON. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with consumers and promoting financial products on behalf of one of Canada's most recognizable brands. You'll have the chance to earn a competitive base wage combined with commission, empowering you to take control of your earnings based on your performance.

Compensation

  • Base pay + commission

Role Responsibilities

  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of credit cards available in-store and at kiosks
  • Engage customers and drive sales, enhancing brand awareness for our client’s products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a positive experience
  • Utilize innovative approaches to connect with customers and highlight product benefits
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store staff
  • Protect customer confidentiality by maintaining a high level of discretion
