Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and offer President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Compensation: $18/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
- Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
- Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a subject matter expert.
- Ensure excellent customer service for a great experience.
- Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
- Build positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
- Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.

- 1+ year sales experience in financial or retail (asset).
- Comfortable with sales targets and challenging the status quo.
- Outgoing, personable, enjoys interacting, with a talent for acquiring new customers.
- Customer service or sales experience (asset).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- High integrity and accountability with confidential information.
- Ability to pass criminal/credit background checks.
