Field Sales Representative - Kognitive Sales Solutions

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and offer President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand.

Compensation: $18/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission

  • Educate customers on President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  • Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness as a subject matter expert.
  • Ensure excellent customer service for a great experience.
  • Engage customers creatively to share product benefits.
  • Build positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality with customer information.
  • Create excitement around the product offering as a brand advocate.
