Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits for training and coaching within Winnipeg and Saskatchewan regions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
  • Work under the guidance of senior leadership to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and track individual and team performance metrics.
  • Participate in recruiting new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their onboarding and training.
  • Provide proactive coaching to enhance the performance of all team members, ensuring high levels of achievement.
