THE OPPORTUNITY

Based at our Hideaway Bay site, near Dover, our Net Cleaners are responsible for operating specialist equipment to target areas of our nets that need cleaning.

ABOUT YOU

You will possess a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, well-developed communication skills and be physically fit. The successful applicant will have :

• Experience in a similar role or an understanding of fish farming and record keeping is desirable but not essential.
• Be available to work a 7 days on, 7 days off night roster, 4 : 00pm – 03 : 21am.
• Coxswain’s licence and experience operating remote operated equipment is desirable but not essential.
• Current driver’s licence. A copy of your driver’s licence must be submitted upon application.

It is an inherent requirement of this position that work be performed safely whilst upholding Huon’s Values. The appointed person must be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge of work health and safety regulations is preferred.
