Qualifications

• Competent to practice full scope of family medicine as per College of Family Physicians of Canada.
• Experience with gender and sex diverse populations preferred.
• Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed low barrier primary care to diverse patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to meet complex patient needs.
• Participate in ongoing training for gender affirming care and cultural competency.
