Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a primary care clinic setting.
• Valid California license and DEA required.
• Current BLS Certificate required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care to improve health outcomes.
• Perform routine, acute, preventive, and rehabilitative medical care.
• Analyze test data to inform diagnosis or treatment.
• Serve as part of the cross-functional team of providers.
