Overview

We are actively seeking both Junior and Senior Associates to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidates will bring experience in Family Law / Estate Planning / Civil Litigation considered a strong asset. We are looking for motivated professionals ready to make an immediate impact - no existing client base is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload in family law / Estate planning / Civil litigation matters including separation, divorce, custody / access, child / spousal support, property division, and related litigation
  • Represent clients in court and / or alternative dispute resolution settings
  • Draft pleadings, affidavits, agreements, and correspondence
  • Provide legal advice with clarity and empathy
  • Collaborate with other team members on multifaceted legal issues when needed
Qualifications
  • License in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Demonstrated experience in Family Law / Estate Planning / Civil Litigation
  • Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage files independently
  • A team-oriented mindset and a client-focused approach
