A leading facilities management organization is seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to support building operations across various locations in Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will lead projects related to infrastructure and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. A Facilities Management Certificate and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience are required. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and safety across the organization's facilities.

Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in maintaining and managing major building systems.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
• Act as a subject matter expert in core building systems.
• Lead building systems projects from conceptual design through to completion.
• Ensure proper integration of new and existing equipment with maintenance programs.
