Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a professional administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Experience using ARTS, Bernie, and 1GX.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable asking questions, taking ownership, and exercising critical thinking.
  • Agile, self-motivated, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling for senior leaders.
  • Monitor and route incoming correspondence, action requests, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support across multiple programs and initiatives.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, briefings, and meeting materials.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and support daily operational needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.

This will be a 2 month contract starting immediately. The successful candidate must have experience using ARTS, Bernie and 1GX.
