Overview

Executive personal assistant needed to help an entrepreneur, content creator, and coach run and grow a business. This is an in-person role (working from home in Innisfil) with a mix of admin, creative, and digital responsibilities. Great opportunity for someone motivated, tech-savvy, and interested in social media, online business, and wellness / spirituality.

Responsibilities
  • Content & Marketing
  • Manage weekly email newsletters (Kajabi / Mailchimp experience is a plus)
  • Plan, schedule, and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Assist with video editing and uploading content
  • Help with course materials, online programs, and launches
  • Business Operations
  • Support with crystal shop sales and inventory (Shopify or similar platforms)
  • Assist with client communications and customer support
  • Research and organize events, collaborations, and vendor opportunities
  • General Assistance
  • Organize schedules and reminders
  • Assist with both personal and business tasks as needed
Qualifications

Schedule & Compensation
