Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive

Director / Administrator to lead our dedicated team and oversee the overall operations of our assisted living facility. The Executive

Director will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, fostering a positive community, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of compassionate professionals, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain a strong presence within the facility, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and facility growth.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous quality improvement and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial operations, and resource allocation.
