Executive Assistant to the CEO (requires relocation to Kingsville, ON)

Our client, a multinational organization, is seeking a sharp, poised, and experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing CEO in a fast-paced environment. This role is 100% on-site in Kingsville, ON, with a relocation package available.

You should be comfortable in a visible, central role where confidentiality, precision, and initiative are crucial. You will bring deep executive support experience, anticipate needs proactively, and be willing to relocate to beautiful Kingsville, Ontario.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendar and schedule with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including quarterly U.S. visits
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence of high quality
  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, and leadership gatherings
  • Act as a liaison across departments and with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Take initiative on special projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, confident, discreet, and composed demeanor
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with travel planning, event coordination, and project tracking
