Executive Assistant to the CEO (requires relocation to Kingsville, ON)

Our client, a multinational organization, is seeking a sharp, poised, and experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing CEO in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role is 100% on-site in Kingsville, ON, with a relocation package available.

You bring extensive executive-level support experience, anticipate needs proactively, and are ready to relocate to beautiful Kingsville, Ontario, for a fully on-site opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage calendars and schedules efficiently with attention to detail
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including quarterly U.S. visits
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence of high quality
  • Organize logistics for meetings, events, and leadership gatherings
  • Act as a liaison across departments and serve as a point of contact for stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly
  • Take initiative on special projects and improve administrative processes
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic, high-touch environment
  • Professional, confident, discreet, and composed demeanor
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with travel planning, event coordination, and project tracking
