Our Canadian operations are looking for a motivated team player to join us as an Executive Assistant & Roadshow Coordinator with our Canadian Equity Sales and Trading team in Montreal.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Investment Banking teams in Quebec
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Manage the schedule of two executives, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Support the Sales desk and answer a multi‑line phone
  • Assist in entering information in iPlanner and setting up company and Analyst roadshows in the system
  • Plan and execute deal and non‑deal roadshows. During a roadshow, management teams and research analysts meet with investors, with the assistance of our Sales team, to pitch investment opportunities; ensure smooth execution through logistical planning (car services, catering, printing/binding presentations)
  • Liaise with C‑Suite corporate clients to identify needs and maintain roadshow satisfaction
  • Proactively handle arising issues and troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively
  • Develop weekly roadshow/event reports distributed company‑wide and to clients
  • Assist in gathering feedback from non‑deal roadshows and prepare reports summarizing relevant feedback for the client
Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent in French, including strong written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a busy, fast‑paced environment
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • Interest in financial and capital markets
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Completion of a Business degree or similar post‑secondary program is an asset
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution
