Job Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Multi-Functional Operations Associate to support executive leadership, manage payroll and billing, coordinate dispatch operations, oversee case management, and ensure virtual security protocols. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with cross-functional experience across administration, finance, healthcare, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential correspondence
  • Serve as liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Payroll Clerk

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and deductions
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding and benefits administration

Medical Biller

  • Submit and track insurance claims and patient invoices
  • Verify billing codes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on unpaid claims
  • Maintain accurate patient billing records

Dispatcher

  • Coordinate scheduling and routing for field personnel or deliveries
  • Monitor real-time operations and respond to service requests
