We're currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our COO for a 12-month contract.

The Opportunity

As Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the COO. You\'ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with special projects and events, ensuring smooth and efficient communication across departments.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves staying two steps ahead. Having a marketing background is a huge asset in the role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO
  • Manage calendars, emails, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Help organize and plan events
  • Assist marketing with ongoing projects
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the COO
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Track deadlines, action items, and project deliverables
  • Assist with planning and execution of company events and initiatives
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role (preference given to applicants with a marketing background)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce is an asset
