The Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and logistical support to senior leaders, ensuring seamless operations across regions. Your expertise in scheduling, travel coordination, and document management will play a key role in enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Organize international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and other requirements.
  • Prepare and process expense reports in line with company policies.
  • Oversee invoice tracking and ensure accurate submission, categorization, and payment processing.
  • Support contract administration and maintain accurate tracking of deadlines, deliverables, and amendments.
  • Maintain organized digital and paper records, keeping internal systems and databases up to date.
  • Plan and support team meetings/workshops
  • Assist with onboarding of new staff and ensure smooth integration into administrative processes.
