Who are you?

You are an experienced Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant with 5 – 7 years post‑graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Job Description
  • Provide executive administrative support to the Head of Infrastructure, Canada.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings including the Infrastructure Board, Leadership Meetings, Operations Meetings, Townhalls etc. Coordinate invites, agenda setting, material gathering, take concise minutes, and maintain action logs that drive accountability.
  • Prepare and coordinate reports and presentations, e.g., reports for board meetings, executive presentations, business plans.
  • Raise invoices and purchase orders.
  • Support calendar management and travel logistics.
  • Support internal compliance standards by ensuring processes are followed and appropriate approvals are obtained and recorded.
  • Support with document control – Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external communications and publications on behalf of the Head of Infrastructure.
  • Support with social media publications and content.

  • Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality. High professional conduct, handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion and having a diplomatic approach to resolving issues are required at all times.
Additional Information

The base salary range for this full‑time role is $75,000 – $120,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
