Overview

Adecco is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage critical administrative functions, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Pay rate: $27-$32 / hour.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Shifts: Monday-Friday | Flexible start time - 8:00 am, 8:30 am or 9:00 am

Job type: 3-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, reschedule as needed, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange and book travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials; take meeting minutes as required.
  • Oversee communication: screen emails and calls, draft professional correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Liaise with other departments, external contacts, vendors, and clients as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Experience in the same industry (finance, legal, or similar) for a shorter ramp-up time.
  • Proven track record supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in advanced tools (project management tools, ERP systems, or software used by the company).
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to manage professional correspondence.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate executive needs.
  • Strong references demonstrating ability to handle challenging schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
