Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capability
  • Professional, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office technology.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high level administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents
  • Attend leadership meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee day to day office operations, ensuring a well organized, welcoming and productive environment
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships and facility needs
  • Support onboarding of new employees and assist with internal communications and engagement activities
  • Design and produce internal communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and event collateral
  • Assist with planning and execution of events, business updates, and recognition programs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve administrative workflows.
