Job Description
On-Target Earnings : $110K CAD Base Salary + performance+based variable + equity
Location : The expectation is that you visit Kelowna once per quarter.

We partner with proven entrepreneurs and elite technical builders to form two‑person founding teams. Together, we incubate high‑leverage AI startups inside our 90‑day sprint model. Every venture launches with capital, distribution, execution playbooks, and hands‑on support from 8‑figure founders and GTM operators.

We're looking for an experienced operator who has lived the 0–1 journey. Someone who knows how to take a SaaS product from concept to paying customers. As an Ex Co‑Founder at Martell Ventures, you'll be the commercial lead behind new ventures, shaping their go‑to‑market strategy, validating revenue models, and driving early sales traction.
You've likely built or scaled a SaaS company before. You know what traction feels like. You can spot signal from noise and move quickly to test, validate, and iterate. This role blends founder mindset with execution discipline, the bridge between idea and market demand.
