Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
  • Coordinate all in‑store events, including pop‑up activations, brand‑partner events, and elevated experiences
  • Serve as the primary in‑store point of contact for all event stakeholders (sales team, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Brand Reps, external partners)
  • Ensure store readiness for each event, including setup, materials, equipment, F&B needs, guest experience, and post‑event wrap‑up
  • Maintain accountability for event execution quality and outcomes
  • Support brand partners and internal teams throughout event execution
Information Management & Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Centralize incoming event information from multiple sources and translate it into clear action plans
  • Maintain structured documentation, trackers, calendars, and event tools
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency
  • Ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards during event setup
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Identify and propose improvements to event workflows, tools, communication processes, and store practices
  • Drive consistency and scale by simplifying processes and templates
  • Support store leadership by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations for better event outcomes
Hands‑On Operational Support
  • Participate in physical setup and takedown of events
  • Safely lift, carry, or move items (up to 30lbs) such as boxes, chairs, tables, signage, or décor
  • Assist with small ladder tasks, visual placement, or minor on‑floor adjustments
Skills And Experience You Will Need

  • Experience coordinating F&B vendors or hospitality partners
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic visual sensitivity and respect for merchandising standards
  • Ability to safely lift up to 30lbs
