• Managing multi-family construction projects ranging from 12 to 32 plexes.
• Issuing and managing subcontracts and purchase orders.

• Estimating materials and labor for single-family housing and four-plexes
• Ordering materials
• Issuing purchase orders to subtrades and suppliers
• Providing updates to the General Manager as requested
• Managing multi-family construction projects, ranging from 12 to 32 plexes
• Material and labor estimating
• Issuing and managing subcontracts
• Submittal review and processing
• Procore Document Management

Qualifications:

• Estimating or project management experience
• Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Procore experience; an asset
• MS Project experience; an asset
