WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Promptly install and maintain dental equipment used in dental offices

  • Inspect and test equipment, components and assemblies using various tools and instruments

  • Create, update and maintain repair records, return defective parts to vendor for warranty replacement

  • Provide quality, innovation and high standards of performance to achieve superior customer satisfaction

  • Organization and proactivity is required, in addition to strong multitasking and time management skills

  • Work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing strong collaboration and communication

  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and are able to manage preconstruction efforts while adapting to shifting project priorities


WHAT YOU BRING


  • Completion of a post-secondary program in medical/electrical field is an asset

  • Previous experience in a service/equipment environment in the dental industry is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong technical issues – being able to work through technical issues with non-technical clients

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
