The Opportunity

Shape Something Different – As an Environmental Engineer/Scientist in our Windsor office, you’ll contribute to projects that protect communities and restore environments. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of environmental professionals to deliver contaminated lands and waste management projects, while gaining exposure to hydrogeology and other Earth & Environment disciplines.

The Impact
  • Assist with Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments, spill assessments, and groundwater monitoring.
  • Support excess soil reporting and sampling under Ontario Regulation 406/19.
  • Participate in landfill compliance monitoring programs and reporting.
  • Perform field assignments independently, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collect and document field data according to industry standards and WSP procedures.
  • Communicate with clients, laboratories, and partners regarding project tasks.
  • Contribute to technical report preparation and project documentation.
  • Promote health and safety practices across all project activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • 3–10 years of experience in environmental consulting with field experience.
  • Diploma or degree in environmental sciences, engineering, geoscience, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with Ontario environmental regulations and contaminated lands projects.
  • Eligible for professional designation (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) is an asset.
  • Valid Class G driver’s license and ability to travel locally for fieldwork.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $60,100 – $79,600
MB & ON: $54,800 – $75,400
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $54,200 – $72,000
