RPM Home Services is seeking motivated and results-driven Lead Generators to join their dynamic Home Services Sales Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory marketing residential attic insulation services, cellulose, fiberglass, insulation removal, mold remediation and mold protection applications, heat pumps and HVAC.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for upselling, and the ability to communicate products and services effectively.
This is a full-time independent contractor position. You will be working face to face and door to door with a commission only pay structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify the specific Home Services needs of customers and offer solutions through face-to-face direct door to door marketing.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and satisfactory product knowledge
- Complete lead generation questionnaire for attic assessments directly with customer
- Schedule appointments for customers with technicians.
- Organize paperwork and calendar scheduling.
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity as the face of the company.
- Attend daily meetings and work shops
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Promote products/services to customers through face-to-face door to door Direct Marketing sales
- Generate leads and sales from various referral sources, follow up on leads generated by door-to-door marketing activities
- Educate consumers on services/benefits face to face through direct Marketing and effectively demonstrate all company services
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources
- Show continuous progress in terms of increased sales and number of clients and referral sources
- Distribute marketing materials and collect customer information for follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report on progress.
- Working as part of a team to develop successful strategies for our client’s goals
- Always represent with a positive and professional attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.
- Self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Sales, Customer Service, experience is an asset but not needed.
