Develops and implements overall plant technical strategiesand tactics focused on engineering projects, maintenance and stores improvementprograms. Develops vertical start-up processes to ensure implementationof low loss production systems. Provides solutions to technical problemsand recommendations for improvements in production activities, and manages theplant technical organization. Develops and leads plant specificengineering and maintenance strategies to achieve key performance goals.Assists managing plant technical expense budgets and works with CorporateEngineering to deliver the capital budget. Supports and/or leads plantEarly Management (EM) Pillar.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularlyrequired to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to standand walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands tofinger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop,kneel, crouch, or crawl; taste and smell. The employee must occasionallylift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Pay Range:$79,000-$116,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offeringfor this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but notlimited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancinginternal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply withapplicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
