A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee engineering activities at Mercer Celgar in Castlegar, BC. The Mullings Group is proud to partner with our client, Mercer Celgar, in the search for an Engineering Manager to join their team in Castlegar, BC. In this role, the Engineering Manager will lead all mill engineering activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and CapEx project management.
This role serves as the mill’s Primary Responsible Registrant with EGBC, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and project engineering. Responsibilities include budget planning, external resource management, and providing engineering support for operational improvements, requiring a proactive leader for both routine and long-term initiatives.
This position requires relocation to Castlegar, BC; moving allowances and supports will be provided.
