Job summary

A school board in Southwestern Ontario is looking for candidates with FSL Part 1 qualification who can effectively deliver and assess French program curriculum. This posting is open to candidates who are not on the WRDSB Occasional Teacher roster. If you are currently on the roster, please apply to the internal posting.

Applicants are required to submit a Criminal Record Check (CRC) including the vulnerable sector acceptable to the board before employment can begin. The board does not assume any costs associated with the CRC.

Interview Process

Interviews will be conducted via Interviewstream, a one-way video interview platform. The interview invitation will come from the Waterloo Region District School Board.

The interview will expire at a set date and time. Failure to complete by the expiry date will result in declining the opportunity.

  • Complete your interview on a PC, Mac, or mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • Read and listen to the question during a one‑minute preparation window
  • Video recordings begin automatically after one minute (or can be started early)
  • Responses can be up to five minutes in length for each question
  • Built‑in on‑screen timer displays remaining time: turns black with 10 seconds left, red with 5 seconds left
  • Recording stops automatically after five minutes
  • Technical support available from Interviewstream via help desk portal or phone at 1-877-773-3164
