Email Marketing Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll support the execution of email marketing programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, helping to bring campaigns to life through thoughtful design, clean execution, and performance-driven optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with operations and account teams to ensure emails not only look great, but deliver meaningful results.

Abilities & Skills

  • Strong eye for visual design, layout, and branding consistency
  • Experience designing email templates using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of email marketing best practices, including accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and deliverability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and client needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control, especially for links, formatting, and personalization
  • Analytical mindset with interest in reporting, performance metrics, and optimization
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital design, or a related creative/marketing role
  • Hands-on experience designing and/or building email campaigns or mailers for brands or clients
  • Exposure to campaign execution, QA, reporting, or list management is an asset
  • Agency experience is preferred.

As an Email Marketing Coordinator, your core responsibilities will be:

Email Design & Editorial Execution
  • Design visually engaging, on-brand email templates and campaigns for a variety of clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategy and content into polished email designs.
  • Ensure emails are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best practices.
Campaign Execution & Support
  • Assist with the setup, scheduling, and sending of email campaigns within various ESPs.
  • Support QA processes to ensure accuracy across links, formatting, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Help maintain organized workflows and campaign documentation.
Reporting & List Hygiene
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting, including performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Support ongoing email list hygiene, segmentation, and basic optimization efforts.
  • Learn from performance insights to inform future campaign improvements.

  • TIA reasonably expects to offer a base salary between $45,000-$58,000 for this role. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment.
