Position Summary

As an Industrial Electrician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems. You’ll work with a supportive team, use your technical expertise to solve problems, and contribute directly to building high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment.

Salary: $40.27/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, repair, or replace electrical wiring, fixtures, conduits, and cabling.
  • Plan and execute installations from blueprints, sketches, and specifications, ensuring proper installation of all electrical and electronic devices.
  • Measure, cut, thread, bend, assemble, and install conduits and other electrical conductor raceways.
  • Splice and terminate electrical conductors efficiently and safely.
  • Test electrical and electronic equipment to verify proper operation and functionality.
  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot AC and DC motor drive systems (Parker and ABB experience preferred).
  • Read, program, and troubleshoot industrial PLC ladder logic (Allen-Bradley experience preferred).
  • Diagnose faults in electrical/electronic systems and repair or replace faulty components.
  • Maintain and improve the plant’s preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
  • Install, maintain, and calibrate industrial instrumentation and related devices as required.
  • Collaborate with the Electrical/Engineering team on electrical projects as needed.
  • Demonstrate a safety- and quality-conscious approach while performing all duties in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Hold a valid electrician license (309A or 442A).
  • Bring 3+ years of industrial/production experience with machine troubleshooting.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical/electronic issues.
  • Communicate clearly with team members verbally and in writing.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment.
