Overview

BEC Engineering is a well-established and respected Electrical, Power and Control Systems Engineering Services firm located in West Perth. We are currently involved in a range of projects both within Australia and internationally, and with further excellent projects in the pipeline, we are inviting applications for Senior / Electrical Designers with 4+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical design and drafting support for a range of projects.
• Produce single line, schematic and termination diagrams as required by the drawing office.
• Coordinate the drawings for each project, ensuring the accurate recording of revisions and tracking of documents.
• Review and recommend design improvements in consultation with project engineers.
• Liaise with clients, relevant authorities and suppliers as required to ensure accuracy of drawings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Project design experience, ideally in minerals processing applications.
• Experience in developing Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams and Termination Diagrams.
• Proven AutoCAD experience (essential)
• MicroStation experience (essential)
• Ability to interpret project specifications.
• Ability to deliver tasks within the required time frames.
• A demonstrable positive can-do attitude.
