What You’ll Do

We are looking for a motivated 3rd- or 4th-year apprentice electrician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and collaborating with other departments and third‑party agencies and technicians. It also requires contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, standards, and procedures.

  • Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and installations following schedules and checklists.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and repair defects or malfunctions, including emergency and corrective repairs.
  • Execute planned and complex maintenance tasks, sometimes supervising third‑party technicians.
  • Order spare parts, materials, or custom‑made components as needed for maintenance or repairs.
  • Carry out modifications, overhaul, and propose technical improvements based on expertise.
  • Collaborate with management on quality and technical issues, providing solutions to avoid recurring problems.
  • Log all maintenance activities in maintenance management systems to ensure proper records and equipment history.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Motivated 3rd or 4th year apprentice electrician.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to operate under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate and deal with various stakeholders with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Adaptable to a flexible work style and willingness to assist other functions where needed.
