Job description
Overview

This role involves supporting, designing, and testing equipment used to validate spacecraft systems on the ground. Ideal for engineers with a strong background in electronics and lab-based testing.

What you will be doing
  • Design and test non-flight hardware (EGSE)
  • 1/3 of the role is focused on supporting test systems and equipment
  • 1/3 is PCB design, including circuits for racks and instrumentation
  • Develop and follow test requirements, test matrices, and test plans
  • Use and interpret results from test and measurement equipment
  • Network analyzers (VNA) – for RF and multi-port device testing
  • Acquisition systems, meters
  • Develop expertise in measurements, especially for RF components like antennas and low-noise amplifiers
  • Work with tools like ORCAD, Altium – open to various design tools
Technical Areas
  • Power systems
  • Low-speed digital
  • NRF (Near-Field Radio Frequency)
  • Spacecraft electronics
  • RF knowledge is highly preferred
What you must have
  • 3–5 years of experience (open to more senior candidates). Experience in test environments or test engineering companies.
