Job Summary
The Educator role is foundational to lululemon’s success. Educators create exceptional guest experiences, engage with guests, provide top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great experience while valuing their time. Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support. Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
- Omnichannel and Transactions: Facilitate a seamless guest experience from start to finish by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online / pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) according to company standards.
- On-Floor Engagement: Move dynamically on the sales floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs. Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action to "make it right" for guests.

- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests.
- Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations
- Product Presentation: Restock, replenish, and relocate items according to company standards; ensure floor readiness.
- In-Store Technology: Use store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
- Store Cleanliness and Safety: Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a luxury store environment; adhere to safety policies and procedures; work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws or regulations.

Job Requirements
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located; must be 18+; ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation (as applicable).
- Availability: Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Other Requirements: Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music; able to move through a store for most of a shift; able to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg); capable of working as part of a team and independently.
- Nice to Have: Education — High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $19.25 – $22.15 / hour (subject to local minimum wage). Target Bonus : $2.00 / hour. Total Target Base Pay Range : $21.25 – $24.15 / hour.
lululemon’s compensation offerings are pay-for-performance based and may vary by location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible employees may participate in a competitive bonus program.
