About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success & Strategy, the Education Services Specialist will support school boards and partners in maximizing platform adoption through training, webinars, resource creation, and strategic initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers to analyze usage, design targeted engagement campaigns, and implement programs that drive partner success. The role also includes contributing to thought leadership, presenting at conferences, and supporting special projects. This hands‑on, strategic position is ideal for someone passionate about education, building strong relationships, and making a tangible impact on student and partner outcomes.

What you will do
  • Lead partner training sessions (virtual and in‑person) and run webinars for various initiatives, including province‑specific programs, to drive product adoption.
  • Design, create, and promote educational resources such as lesson plans, course packages, guides, videos, newsletters, and partner‑specific materials.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to analyze usage trends and develop targeted adoption strategies.
  • Implement strategic initiatives, training programs, and collaborative partnerships that position myBlueprint as a thought leader in education.
  • Host internal learning sessions and share best practices to enable and empower internal teams.
  • Maintain and update onboarding modules for internal members, ensuring content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with best practices.
  • Represent myBlueprint at conferences and professional events by delivering presentations, running booths, and reporting key takeaways to cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain data integrity, track adoption metrics, and report on training, webinars, and resource usage.
  • Contribute to special projects, translations, and provide ad hoc support for internal teams as needed.
What an ideal candidate will have
  • At least 2 years of experience in education, teaching, or a related field, with a strong understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy (K‑12 experience preferred).
  • Experience in training, partner enablement, or professional development roles.
  • Written and verbal fluency in both English and French.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both in‑person and virtual training sessions.
  • Proven experience creating engaging educational resources and instructional materials, including videos, lesson plans, newsletters, and other learning tools.
  • Comfort analyzing data to inform adoption strategies and measure impact.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning experiences for students and educators.
Bonus points for
  • Familiarity with provincial/state curriculum standards and mandates, particularly in career education or student success planning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of webinar and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Screenpal etc.).
  • Prior experience representing organizations at conferences, delivering presentations, or collaborating on thought‑leadership initiatives.
