With over 130 permanent employees and more during the season, CF Montréal is a leader in Canadian soccer. The club is committed to community involvement through the Montreal Impact Foundation, supporting activities that improve the quality of life for children and families from vulnerable backgrounds.

Position description

Reporting to the program manager, the educator will lead training sessions in school programs and occasionally work at events, from 1.5 to 35 hours per week starting September. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and leading training sessions following club methodology
  • Ensuring participant safety
  • Representing CF Montréal positively
  • Performing related tasks

Educators will have access to club resources and must adhere to our philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Passion for sports and soccer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience coaching children aged 7-14
  • Strong understanding of the game
  • Impeccable work ethic and teaching skills
  • Punctuality and autonomy
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Minimum 18 years old, available weekdays 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Driver's license is an asset
