The Sales Engineers specialize in technologically advanced products and will be responsible for company product presentations, providing trusted technical advice, and explaining the benefits of our products to develop valued relationships with our partners.

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's products/solutions to prospects and customers (resellers, end-users, distributors, etc.)
Work closely with the sales team and drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and associated needs
Help customers design custom products or solutions
Articulate the company’s technical value proposition, differentiators, and capabilities
Provide trusted technical advice and recommendations to clients
Develop working relationships with partner organizations to ensure effective collaboration in responding to customer needs
Demonstrate products/solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, at executive and/or technical levels, both pre-and post-sales
Deliver internal and external training on the company's existing and new products/solutions
Respond to tenders/inquiries and produce detailed proposals
Engage directly with sales and account teams to support pre-sales activities

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Ability to work independently within a fast-evolving technical environment
Team player that thrives in both group and individual projects and is able to work with minimum supervision and direction
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: switching, wireless, and routing
Experience in preparing business solution proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is an asset
Sound knowledge and practical experience in the area of pre-sales activities
Diploma in Computer Technology-related discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.)
