Responsibilities
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of online shops (on platform- shopee, Lazada/REdmart, Tiktok shop etc)
  • Developing and excuting marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media(facebook, Instagram, TikTok, xiaohongshu) live-ecommerce, KOL paid ads and SEO
  • Creating and managing content, such as product info, product photos, video and RTB
  • Analyzing performance metrics, data and campaign ROI to identify trends and opportunities
  • Co-ordinating promotions and new product launches with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
