Overview

ITC Technologies is accelerating growth in commercial cloud sales. The mission of Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist is to help customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create new and engaging ways to serve their customers, and to transform the way in which their business runs to drive new levels of profitability for their organization. The Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist discovers, owns, and closes opportunities utilizing advanced solution-selling skills to drive digital transformation business outcomes for our customers in the enterprise customer segment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in Dynamics 365 related solutions.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Engage with technical and business audiences to build trust and mutual respect.
  • Think creatively and communicate complex contractual, technical, and financial details clearly.
  • Travel to meet with clients.
  • Develop and utilize a sales playbook to build pipeline.
Experience / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling to both technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex details.
  • Experience building playbooks and pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
Compensation

Base salary (draw) W2. Commissioned : from 1-3% on lifetime support. Plus cash bonus. Bonus on Managed Services. Total compensation up to $150,000 USD.

  • Product Selling Training Provided : Dynamics 365 – CRM; Dynamics 365 – Business Central; Microsoft 365; ISV Solutions (Offers).
  • Neural Impact Sales Optimization Training : Differentiation & Engagement; Effective Discovery & CIO Engagement; Project Impact & Objection Handling.
