We’re looking for a Part-time Sales Associate for our DSW banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a Part-time Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible for delivering service standards to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities

  • Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Provide a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to foster customer connections and loyalty.
  • Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned.

  • Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent customer service and a strong will to assist customer needs.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
