Overview

Summer Search Boston is seeking a Donor Relations Manager to provide key strategic support and project management for all individual giving programs that will enable the site to meet their $1.3M+ individual giving goal. This hire will coordinate individual donor engagement across Summer Search Boston development staff and volunteer leadership. In addition, this hire will manage and grow their own portfolio of individual donors.

Responsibilities

• Provide key strategic support and project management for all individual giving programs to help meet the $1.3M+ annual goal.
• Coordinate individual donor engagement across Summer Search Boston development staff and volunteer leadership.
• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of individual donors.
• Work on a site fundraising team of two alongside the Director of Development and join a dedicated and collaborative Boston site staff of approximately 18 employees.
• Operate as a project- and relationship-oriented professional to grow in development career and contribute to Summer Search’s capacity to serve more Boston youth.
