Overview The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant's front-of-house activities. This position is responsible for overseeing staff, managing customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Duties

• Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Manage daily operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate transactions using the Micros POS system.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members to build a strong workforce.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Implement training programs for staff on food handling, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
