Rotational Program

You will be a part of an 18‑month rotational program focused on developing sales and leadership skills across engineering, production and supply chain departments. Program completion leads to a role with Electrification Smart Power. ABB’s Smart Power division is the technology leader, with solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected. Its intelligent solutions make power more competitive by improving energy efficiency, productivity and reliability of almost any operation.

Qualifications
  • Completed university studies in electrical or mechanical engineering before the start of the program
  • Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and in French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis
  • Must already have a work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sites
