The Director, Omnichannel Enablement leads strategic digital transformation programs across the healthcare landscape, partnering with clients to shape and execute omnichannel roadmaps that drive measurable impact. This role combines deep expertise in digital healthcare, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional leadership to elevate customer engagement across patient, HCP, and payer journeys. Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of strategy, technology, and change management, guiding organizations toward modern, scalable omnichannel models.

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $150,000 - $170,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
