We make pioneering brands like Firefox, the privacy‑minded web browser. Now, with more than 225 million people around the world using our products each month, we’re shaping the next 25 years of technology and helping to reclaim an internet built for people, not companies. Our work focuses on diverse areas including AI, social media, security and more. And we’re doing this while never losing our focus on our core mission – to make the internet better for people.

Key Operational Areas of Focus
  • Talent Team and Hiring Strategy – You will drive an effective and targeted sourcing strategy that maximizes reach and minimizes wasted resources. This includes operationalizing a response system for candidate outreach. A strong, targeted approach here is critical for optimizing our recruiting spend and creating an efficient candidate engagement process.
  • Metrics and Reporting – Establish a foundational, accurate, and timely reporting system to track hiring progress across roles. Automation can be pursued as we scale, but reliability and immediacy are the starting points.
  • Hiring Skills Development Across the Organization – Elevate hiring capability organization‑wide, enhancing beyond current programs to grow competencies in talent assessment, inclusive interviewing, and candidate experience. This focus will foster a stronger culture of recruiting excellence and contribute to long‑term talent strategy success.
What you’ll do
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives and high‑performance standards.
  • Team Building and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Scalability: Design and implement scalable recruiting processes and systems to meet the demands of the organization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting plans.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced recruiting technologies and tools to optimize the talent acquisition process.
What you’ll bring
  • 7‑10 years of experience in recruiting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth company.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high‑performance recruiting teams with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, Greenhouse preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
What you’ll get
  • Generous performance‑based bonus plans to all eligible employees – we share in our success as one team.
