Provide coaching and support to build leadership capacity across WSD.
Lead the review and modernization of Human Resources policies and procedures related to employees.
Ensure compliance with legislation while streamlining workflows for efficiency.
Position WSD as a top employer through innovative recruitment and retention strategies.
Promote WSD engagement and recognition initiatives that reflect our values and strategic priorities.
At Winnipeg School Division, we believe that great schools begin with great people. This is your opportunity to shape the future of education by investing in the people who make it happen. Join us in creating vibrant, supportive schools where employees and students thrive together—and where “the good life” is not just a goal, but a lived experience.
