Reporting to the Deputy CAO, the Director, Information Technology (IT) Services is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational management of IT services for the Corporation and any local municipalities/agencies that have an agreement with the Corporation. The Director leads all department staff and IT vendors and coordinates and enforces departmental systems, policies, and procedures. The Director defines, delivers, and supports strategic plans for researching and implementing technology or technology services, and recommends changes and improvements to existing technology within the organization.
