Overview

Position Summary

This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic, execution-focused Product Marketer who will build a world-class growth enablement function. You will architect a program to dramatically increase the productivity and effectiveness of our revenue teams, enabling GTM teams with the knowledge, tools, and content to deliver exceptional value to prospects and customers. You will report to the AVP of Product Marketing and collaborate with GTM leadership to scale enablement across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Architect the Enablement Strategy & Roadmap: Define vision, strategy, and priorities for Growth Enablement in partnership with GTM leadership; build and own the enablement strategy and calendar aligned to revenue goals.
  • Curate a World-Class Content Library: Partner with Upstream/Downstream PMMs to curate assets (pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts, case studies, ROI tools) that are fresh, accessible, and effective.
  • Deliver High-Impact Training & Programs: Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training; plan and execute major GTM events (e.g., Growth Summits, SKO).
  • Pioneer AI-Powered Enablement: Leverage AI to create personalized, just-in-time learning, role-playing simulations, and intelligent content recommendations.
  • Measure and Optimize for Impact: Define KPIs and measure impact on business outcomes such as win rates, sales cycle length, and deal size.
  • Leverage Healthcare Product Marketing Expertise: Apply healthcare domain knowledge to the product marketing lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate League’s growth.
Team and Leadership

You will be a core member of the Product Marketing leadership team, working with the Director of Product Marketing for Upstream and the Director of Product Marketing for Downstream. You will establish the enablement strategy and execution plan for the entire team to support go-to-market efforts with best-in-class enablement.

About You
  • 8+ years of experience in a SaaS growth environment with a focus on sales enablement or product marketing with a passion for enablement.
  • Experience building and executing an enablement strategy from the ground up in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Healthcare technology or digital health industry experience; credibility with sales teams selling to payers, providers, or large employers.
  • Experience leveraging technology, particularly AI, to scale enablement programs.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, value-driven training.
  • Bias for action and strong ownership; excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Canada Applicants

Compensation range for Canada applicants is $149,300 - $182,500 CAD. This range is exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits and reflects the base salary targets across Canadian locations. The final amount is determined by job-related skills and experience.
