  • Oversee accounts payable / receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Strategic Finance & Business Partnering: Own the P&L and deliver accurate, insightful FP&A reporting.
  • Develop financial models for business cases, ROI assessments, and scenario planning.

  • Collaborate with the CEO, Group CFO (Europe), and regional leadership to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate regulations, and statutory filings across all jurisdictions.
  • Manage external audits, internal controls, and risk mitigation frameworks (including currency, credit, and operational risk).
  • Implement and improve financial processes and systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Lead and develop finance team members in Canada and Colombia (currently 2 direct reports, with potential to expand).
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and business partnership within the finance function.

  • Proven experience managing multi-country finance operations (Canada, U.S., Colombia preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cash flow, FP&A, compliance, and operational finance.
